Return Policy
PowerSteeringPros parts are returnable provided they have not been installed, used or damaged. You will lose shipping (actual shipping charges if you received free shipping) and there will be a Restocking Fee of $18 on ALL returned parts. 

If this is a defective replacement, please see warranty info. It is our policy to replace defective parts. If you return a wrong or mis-shipped item, it will not be refunded. Please see the Warranty page for info on defectives.    

Installed or used parts are never refundable.  Regardless of fault or reason, no refund will be issued.  Used is defined as any attempt at install.  Your only option is to check and see if it is under warranty.

Returns must be received by us within 30 days of purchase date.  Returns after this date will not be accepted. You must pay to return the part to us, and should use a service that has a tracking number.  Please keep your tracking information, this is your proof of return. Returns that do not include the return form are not accepted.

All refunds are processed within three weeks.  Please check your with your credit card company first, then Contact Us . Inquires before three weeks will not be answered.  We apologize for sounding harsh, but we will get your return processed.
